Gear wiper motor DR3

This is a new replacement gear for DR3 wiper motors, as fitted to all Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II & III models and Bentley S-Type vehicles.
The gear is supplied with the required rivets.

Because DR3 motors were produced with different sweep angles, this gear is intentionally left undrilled to ensure correct alignment for every application.

Fitting instructions:
Remove the original plates by drilling out the old rivets, then clamp the plates in the correct position on the new gear.
Drill through the new gear using the plates as a guide.
Finally, use the supplied rivets to secure the plates to the gear.
Ensure that both the rivet head and tail sit below the tooth surface.
