Returns & Refunds
For your convenience, this page provides a brief and user-friendly summary of our return and cancellation terms. Please ensure you read our full "Terms and Conditions'', as those govern the contract between you and us and take priority over this summary. They also explain the meaning of any capitalised terms used below.
RETURNING PARTS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE
We offer a 24-month warranty on all our Parts. Please review the full Terms and Conditions for the situations in which this Warranty does not apply.
If a material defect arises during the Warranty Period, you may return the Parts to us, and we will cover any reasonable return costs. We will either repair or replace the defective Parts, or refund the purchase price. To initiate a return, please complete and send us the"Return form".
RETURNING PARTS THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE
If the Parts are not defective but you wish to return them, you may do so within 45 days of delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price of the Parts. Please include a completed "Return form" with your return.
Electrical and electronic parts are strictly non-returnable. Due to the sensitive nature of these components, their condition cannot be guaranteed once installed, connected, or tested, and therefore returns cannot be accepted.
Products that have been specially manufactured at your request and/or are not part of the standard stock are not eligible for return.
SPECIAL ORDER PARTS
Once you place an Order for Special Order Parts, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel your Order.
If you do not cancel within this period, or if you instruct us to proceed with the purchase before it ends, you will be liable for the full price of the Special Order Parts and may only return them if they are defective.
EXCHANGED PARTS
We may take a Deposit to secure the later delivery of Exchanged Parts or to cover cases where returned units are incomplete or not economically reconditionable.
We will refund your Deposit on the 30th Business Day after receiving your Exchanged Parts, provided you have also submitted the Return Form.
If the Exchanged Parts are not received within 40 Business Days after our agreement, the Deposit will be forfeited, and you will no longer need to send the Exchanged Parts.
If we determine that the Exchanged Parts are incomplete or cannot be economically reconditioned, we may retain the Deposit and return the Exchanged Parts to you.
CANCELLING SERVICES THAT ARE FAULTY
We are committed to providing Services to a high professional standard. If you believe the Services are not being performed accordingly, please contact us. We will repair or correct any defects free of charge, or refund the amount paid for the defective portion of the Services.
CANCELLING SERVICES THAT ARE NOT FAULTY
If the Services are not defective but you wish to cancel them, you may do so within 45 days of the commencement of the Services.
We will refund payments for any part of the Services not yet performed. You remain liable for Services that have already been provided correctly.
Please note that BRABO does not cover any labour costs or consequential losses arising from incorrectly supplied or faulty Parts. For full details, please refer to our "TERMS AND CONDITIONS".
