Opening temperature: 78°C.
We are increasingly encountering engine problems related to high running temperatures, possibly influenced by ethanol in modern fuels. In particular, the lower section of the engine appears to be overheating more frequently. Installing an RH9143 may help address hot-running issues.
Note: these thermostats are no longer supplied with the holes for the RH639 extraction tool.
